| 摘 要： | 多科性医院大数据治理具有复杂性。在分析医院大数据治理能力内涵的基础上,探讨大数据治理能力的构成要素,并运用因子分析进行实证研究,提取支撑环境和业务能力2个公因子,构建多科性医院大数据治理能力评价指标体系,为多科性医院大数据治理能力的提升提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | Big data governance in multidisciplinary hospitals is complex.Based on the analysis of the connotation of the hospital's big data governance capabilities,this paper explored the constituent elements of the big data governance capabilities,and used factor analysis to conduct empirical research,extracted the two public factors supporting the environment and business capabilities,and built a multidisciplinary hospital big data governance capability evaluation system.The index system provides a reference for the improvement of big data governance capabilities of multidisciplinary hospitals. |
