| 摘 要： | 文章通过对新疆喀什地区麦盖提县新老合作医疗不同付费方式对费用控制效果的调查与分析，提出在新型农村合作医疗中实施混合支付方式的构想：乡级医疗机构实行总额＋定额付费；县级医疗机构实行总额＋按人头付费。

| Abstract: | The paper investigated and analyzed the expense control with different payments of new and old rural cooperative medical service in MenGaiTi County at Xinjiang Keshen area, proposed the mixed payment in new rural cooperative medical service that hospitals in town implement total and quota payment, and hospitals in county implement total and capitation payment. |
