| 摘 要： | 定点医疗制度是医疗保险管理中的基本制度,包括定点医疗机构的选择,确立,运行,监控,变更等,本文通过对公费劳保医疗,商业医疗保险,我国现行城镇职工医疗保险制度实践及国外医疗保险中定点医疗管理的措施及运行机制的分析,探讨现行医保制度下定点医疗机构的运行机制和管理方式。

| Abstract: | Contracted hospital for medical service was the basic system in medical insurance, which included its choosing, confirming, performing, monitoring and altering. Based on the study of welfare medical system, labor medical insurance, commercial insurance, the practice of medical insurance system for township employees and the operation of contracted hospital for medical service at home and abroad, the paper tried to find the rational operation and management mechanism for contracted hospital for medical service under current medical insurance system. |
