| 摘 要： | 人力资源是社区卫生服务机构核心竞争力的根本，也是保证社区居民享有基本医疗和公共卫生服务的基础。本文着重论述社区卫生服务机构人力资源管理的重要性、当前存在的问题及其原因，并提出一系列可供参考的解决途径，其中，绩效考核是社区卫生服务机构人为资源管理的重要手段。
