儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病在德国的治疗--COALL-92方案521例临床及疗效分析

Treatment of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in Germany:analysis of the results of COALL-92 Study for the treatment of 521 children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia

Objective:The study summarized and analyzed the clinic efficacy of COALL 92 Study/GPOH for children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in Germany. Method:A total of 521 children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL),among them 247 children with low risk ALL (LR ALL) and 274 children with high risk ALL (HR ALL) from 19 centers in German were treated in COALL 92 Study/GPOH from 1992 to 1997. Results:Complete remission (CR) in LR ALL was 99.6%,in HR ALL was 98%;The event free survival (EFS) rate and survival (S) rate in LR ALL were 75%,81%;in HR ALL were 72%,79%. Conclusions:These results indicate that the following points are very important for a high EFS rate:risk adapted intensive therapy with rotation of non cross resistant drug combinations with different agents during early treatment,followed by maintenance therapy,CNSL therapy and effective supportive therapy.
