| 摘 要： | 癌因性疲乏(CRF)的评估量表有20多种.单维量表通常用来鉴别CRF的有、无及严重程度;多维量表除鉴别CRF的有、无及严重程度,同时监测CRF对身体、心理、社会、认知等功能的影响.CRF的评估也可采用访谈、疲乏日记等方式.

| Abstract: | Over 20 kinds of measures have been used to assess Cancer-related Fatigue(CRF)from perspective of unidimension and multidimension.Unidimensional measures often focus on identifying the occurrence and severity of CRF,whereas multidimensional measures may also examine the effects of CRF on physical,socio-emotional and cognitive functioning.Interviews,diaries of fatigue and so on are also available to assess CRF. |
