精细化营养支持结合纽曼系统护理对食管癌术后患者营养状况及胃肠功能的影响

目的探讨精细化营养支持结合纽曼系统护理对食管癌术后患者营养状况及胃肠功能的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月间联勤保障部队第900医院收治的148例行食管癌根治术的食管癌患者,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组(66例)和对照组(82例)。对照组患者采用精细化营养支持护理,观察组患者采用精细化营养支持护理结合纽曼系统护理,比较两组患者护理后的营养状况和胃肠功能恢复情况。结果干预后,两组患者血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白和血红蛋白等营养指标均升高,且观察组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、首次下床活动时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症总发生率为10.6%,低于对照组的24.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者干预总满意度为97.0%,高于对照组的86.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化营养支持护理结合纽曼系统护理有利于改善食管癌术后患者的营养状况,促进胃肠功能恢复,减少并发症发生风险,提高护理满意度,具有积极的临床意义。

Effects of fine nutrition support nursing combined with Newman system nursing on nutritional status and gastrointestinal function in patients undergoing radical esophagectomy

Objective To explore the effects of fine nutrition support nursing combined with Newman system nursing on the nutritional status and gastrointestinal function in patients undergoing radical esophagectomy.Methods A total of 148 patients with esophageal cancer who underwent radical esophagectomy at our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected.Of them,82 patients who received fine nutrition support care were included in a control group,and 66 patients who used received nutritional support care combined with Newman system care were included in a control group.Nutritional status and recovery of gastrointestinal function were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,serum albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PAB),transferrin(TRF),hemoglobin(Hb)and other nutritional indices were significantly increased in both groups and the above levels were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Time to anal exhaust,time to defecation,time to out-of-bed activity and the length of hospital stay were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The overall incidence of complications was 10.6%in the observation group which was significantly lower than 24.4%of the control group(P<0.05).The overall patient satisfaction with intervention was 97.0%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 86.6%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of fine nutrition support nursing combined with Newman system nursing is conducive to improving the nutrition status,promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal func-tion,reducing the risk of complications,and improving patient satisfaction nursing in patients undergoing radical esophagectomy.It has positive clinical significance.
