加速康复外科护理在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术中的应用效果

目的探讨加速康复外科的手术室护理在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术中的应用效果。方法选取2018年8月至2020年8月间西北妇女儿童医院收治的100例腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者采用传统康复护理措施,观察组患者在围术期采用加速康复外科手术室护理措施,比较两组患者的护理满意度、并发症发生率、营养指标、睡眠质量评分和疼痛评分。结果观察组患者护理满意度为96.0%,高于对照组的82.0%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率为2.0%,低于对照组的16.0%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。护理前,两组患者营养指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。护理后,观察组患者血清白蛋白和前白蛋白水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。护理前,两组患者睡眠质量和疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。护理后,观察组患者睡眠质量评分和疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。结论腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术患者在围术期采用加速康复外科手术室护理,可改善睡眠质量和营养指标,缓解疼痛,减少并发症,提升患者护理满意度,建议临床借鉴。

Efficacy of enhanced recovery after surgery in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy

Objective To examine the efficacy of operating room nursing based on enhanced recovery after surgery in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods One hundred patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy were screened at Northwest Women’s and Children’s Hospital between August 2018 and August 2020. They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 50 patients in each group. The observation group received operating room nursing based on enhanced recovery after surgery apart from conventional nursing and the control group received conventional nursing. Nursing satisfaction,incidence of complications,nutritional indicators,sleep quality scores and pain scores were compared between the two groups. Results Patient satisfaction with nursing was 96. 0% in the observation group which was higher than 82. 0% of the control group(P < 0. 05). The incidence of complications was 2. 0% in the observation group which was lower than 16. 0% of the control group(P < 0. 05). Before nursing,there were no significant differences in nutritional indicators,sleep quality scores and pain scores between the observation group and the control group(P > 0. 05). After nursing,serum albumin and prealbumin were higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P < 0. 05). Sleep quality score and pain score were lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P < 0. 05). Conclusion For patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy,operating room care nursing based on enhanced recovery after surgery can significantly improve patient satisfaction with care,sleep quality and nutritional indicators,relieve pain and reduce complications. It is recommended that it should be used in clinical practice for reference.
