摘    要:  目的 探讨肿瘤浸润树突状细胞(TIDC)在食管癌组织与正常食管组织的分布差异,进一步研究TIDC与食管癌患者性别、肿瘤部位、肿瘤大小、浸润程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移等临床特征的关系。方法 用流式细胞仪检测51例原发食管癌组织、17例正常食管组织TIDC值。结果 食管癌组织TIDC值显著低于正常食管组织,食管癌患者癌组织中TIDC值与临床分期、淋巴转移情况密切相关,而与患者性别、肿瘤大小、病变部位、浸润程度无相关性。结论 食管癌组织中TIDC值分布减少是导致机体免疫功能低下,促进肿瘤发展与转移的重要原因之一,检测食管癌组织中TIDC值对判断食管癌生物学行为及预后有一定临床意义。

Abstract:Objective To detect the distribution difference of tumor infiltrating dendritic cells (TIDC) in esophageal carcinoma tissues and normal esophageal tissues, and study the relationship between TIDC and clinical features of esophageal carcinoma patient. Method Fifty one cases of esophageal carcinoma tissues and seventeen normal esophageal tissues were grouped to detect the amount of TIDC respectively by flow cy-tometry, the result was analyzed. Results The amount of TIDC was less in the esophageal tissues than normal esophageal tissues significantly; Distribution of TIDC in tumor tissues decreased along with the accrescence of TNM stage and the lymph node metastasis, but was not in accordance with the gender of patient, size, site and infiltration degree of the tumors. Conclusions The change of TIDC in the esophageal carcinoma tissues might be one of the important factors leading to the decrease of the immunological function of cells. TIDC could be considered as markers to evaluate the biologic characteristic and prognosis of esophageal carcinoma.
