急性全髓增殖症伴骨髓纤维化一例并文献复习

 【摘要】目的：认识“急性全骨髓增殖性骨髓纤维化”这一新的疾病。方法：对1例急性全骨髓增殖性骨髓纤维化病例进行诊断回顾并复习文献。结果：患者，男性，52岁，临床表现为全血细胞减少，外周血和骨髓少量幼稚细胞，骨髓干抽，骨髓纤维化，脾脏不肿大，临床过程呈现进展状态，最后表现为急性粒细胞性白血病，患者在一年内死亡。结论：急性全骨髓增殖性骨髓纤维化是一个独立的疾病，需注意与急性骨髓纤维化、急性白血病伴骨髓纤维化、急性髓细胞性白血病伴多系发育异常等疾病鉴别。

Acute panmyelosis with myelofibrosis: an case report and literature review

【Abstract】Objective: To recognize a new disease of acute panmyelosis with myelofibrosis. Methods: One case of acute panmyelosis with myelofibrosis was diagnosed and studied retrospectively with review of the literature. Results: One case of 52-year-old male was characterized by an acute clinical course, rapid development of peripheral blood cytopenias with leukoerythroblastosis, and no detectable splenomegaly. Bone marrow findings were considered to be identical to those in classic chronic idiopathic myelofibrosis (CIMF). The patient was died of acute granulocytic leukemia within one year. Conclusions: Acute panmyelosis with myelofibrosis (APMF) exists as a well-defined clinicopathological entity. APMF may be a distinct entity. It should be differentiated from acute myelofibrosis, acute leukemia with myelofibrosis, AML with multilineage dysplasia, and so on.
