| 摘 要： | 肿瘤血管形成对于实体肿瘤的生长和转移起着至关重要的作用,建立于抗肿瘤血管新生理论之上的节拍化疗为实体肿瘤的治疗带来了曙光。在国内外的相关研究中,人们发现小剂量节拍性给予某些化疗药物可以抑制肿瘤血管的新生,而且效果要好于传统的最大耐受剂量（maximum tolerated dose,MTD）化疗方法。本文就节拍化疗在实体肿瘤治疗中的作用做一综述。

| Abstract: | Tumor angiogenesis for solid tumor growth and metastasis plays a vital role in establishing the theory of tumor angiogenesis on the metronomic chemotherapy for the treatment of solid tumors has brought the dawn.Research at home and abroad,people found that small doses of certain chemotherapy drugs given to the beat of the inhibition of tumor angiogenesis can be,but better than the traditional maximum tolerated dose chemotherapy.This paper will do a review on the metronomic chemotherapy in the treatment of solid tumors. |
