| 摘 要： | 石见穿在恶性肿瘤的临床治疗中应用较为广泛。主要包括多糖类、三萜类、甾醇类、多酚类等成分,体内外实验研究表明,石见穿提取物在体内、体外均有显著的抗肿瘤活性。本文根据国内外文献,主要总结了石见穿的化学成分及其抗肿瘤作用的研究状况,为进一步开发石见穿在抗肿瘤方面的应用提供参考。

| Abstract: | Salvia chinensis beth.is widely used for the treatment of cancer.Some investigations showed that Salvia specices contained polysaccharides,triterpenoids,polyphenolics,etc.Salvia extracts have been shown to have the capabilities of inhibiting the growth of tumor significantly in vivo and in vitro.In order to give a reference to make use of it properly,this paper presents the research on the chemical constituents and anti-tumor effect of Salvia chinensis beth. |
