claudin-4和MMP-2在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其意义

目的：探讨claudin-4和MMP-2在子宫内膜癌中的表达与临床病理参数之间关系。方法：采用免疫组化S—P法检测75例子宫内膜癌和28例正常增生期子宫内膜中claudin-4和MMP-2表达并作相应分析。结果：子宫内膜癌中claudin-4和MMP-2表达均高于正常增生期子宫内膜中的表达（P〈0．05）；claudin-4和MMP-2高表达均与癌组织肌层浸润深度有关（P〈0．05），与组织学类型、组织分级、有无淋巴结转移及手术病理分期无关（P〉0．05）；claudin-4与MMP-2呈正相关（r=0．53，P〈0．05）。结论：claudin-4和MMP-2高表达可能促进子宫内膜的发生和发展，claudin-4和MMP-2表达可能是判断子宫内膜癌预后的重要参考指标。

Expression and significance of claudin -4 and MMP -2 in endometrial carcinoma

Objective：To explore the expression of claudin -4 and MMP- 2 in endometrial carcinoma, and investigate their relations to clinicopathologic features of endometrial carcinoma. Methods：Immunohistochemistry was applied to detect expression of claudin - 4 and MMP - 2 in 75 endometrial carcinoma and 28 proliferative endometria. Results ： The positive expression of both claudin - 4 and MMP - 2 in endometrial carcinoma were significantly higher than those in proliferative endometria （P 〈 0.05 ） . The overexpression of both claudin -4 and MMP -2 were correlated to myometrial invasion （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, not to histological type, histological grade, pathologic stage and lymph node metastasis （ P 〉 O. 05 ）. Positive correlation was found between claudin - 4 and MMP - 2 （ r = 0. 53, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Overexpression of claudin -4 and MMP- 2 may be involved in carcinogenesis and development of endometrial carcinoma,and claudin -4 and MMP-2 may play important roles in prognostic evolution ofendometrial carcinoma.
