胸腔积液中BCAR1检测的临床意义研究

目的 探讨BCAR1表达对癌性和结核性胸腔积液鉴别诊断价值.方法 收集结核性胸水患者40例和肺癌胸腔积液患者40例,另取我院中心健康体检者30例作为对照.BCAR1表达的测定采用ELISA法.结果 肺癌患者胸腔积液中BCAR1表达水平为(71.52±22.61) μg/L,显著高于肺结核胸腔积液中BCAR1的(13.67±5.24)μg/L] (P＜0.01).对照组、肺结核组和肺癌组血液中BCAR1的表达水平分别为(12.52±4.18)、(14.21±6.55)和(84.63±30.27) μg/L,统计学分析显示:肺癌组血液中BCAR1的表达水平显著高于肺结核患者和健康对照人群(JP＜0.01),而肺结核组与对照组比较则无显著性差异(P＞0.05).相关性分析显示胸腔积液中BCAR1的表达与血液中BCAR1的表达呈显著正相关(γ =0.637,P＜0.01).结论 肺癌患者胸水中存在BCAR1蛋白的异常表达,BCAR1蛋白的高表达有可能作为胸水良恶性鉴别的一个有效的分子标记.

The Expresssion of BCAR1 in Pleural Effusion and Its Clinical Significance

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of breast cancer anti-estrogenresistance-1 (BCAR1) in pleural effusion of lung cancer and TB patients.Methods 40 cases of lung cancer patients and 40 cases of TB patients with pleural effusion were enrolled in this study.Another 30 health patients were collected as normal controls.The expression of BCAR1 was detected by ELISA analysis.Results The expression of BCAR1 in pleural effusion of lung cancer was 71.52 ± 22.61 μg/L,which was higher than that of TB patients,13.67 ± 5.24μg/L (P ＜ 0.01).The serum expression of BCAR1 in the control group,TB group,and lung cancer group were 12.52 ± 4.18,14.21 ± 6.55,84.63 ± 30.27 μg/L,respectively.The serum expression of BCAR1 in lung cancer group was higher that of the control group and TB group(P ＜ 0.01).There was no significant difference in BCAR1 between the control group and TB group (P ＞ 0.05).The expression of BCAR1 in pleural effusion was positively related with that in serum (γ =0.637,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion The abnormal expression of BCAR1 showed in pleural effusion of lung cancers,and which may be used as a mark to diagnosis pleural effusion between lung cancer and TB.
