支气管镜下冷冻治疗联合全身化疗对肺癌患者临床疗效及临床症状与生存质量的影响

目的探讨肺癌患者采用支气管镜下冷冻治疗的临床疗效。方法选取56例肺癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为2组,每组各28例。对照组实施全身化疗,观察组实施全身化疗联合支气管镜下冷冻治疗。比较2组临床疗效、临床症状改善情况及生存质量。结果观察组临床总有效率(82.14%)高于对照组(53.57%)。治疗后临床症状评分观察组咳血(2.03±0.21)分、咳嗽(2.14±0.30)分、呼吸困难(1.98±0.22)分,低于对照组的(3.15±0.37)分、(3.20±0.34)分、(3.18±0.33)分。治疗后观察组功能领域评分高于对照组,症状领域评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有患者均可耐受治疗,未出现严重不良反应。结论肺癌患者采用全身化疗联合支气管镜下冷冻治疗效果显著,在缓解患者临床症状、提高患者生存质量方面能够发挥重要作用。

Effect of Bronchoscopic Cryotherapy on the Clinical Effect,Symptoms and Quality of Life of Lung Cancer Patients

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of bronchoscopic cryotherapy in patients with lung cancer.Methods 56 cases of lung cancer,using the random number table method,were divided into 2 groups,each with 28 cases.The control group underwent systemic chemotherapy,The observation group was treated with systemic chemotherapy combined with bronchoscopy.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom improvement and quality of life of the 2 groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate(82.14%)in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(53.57%),Cough with blood(2.03±0.21),cough(2.14±0.30),dyspnea(1.98±0.22)in the observation group were lower than the control group(3.15±0.37),(3.20±0.34),(3.18±0.33),Functional areas score in the observation group was higher than the control group,Symptom field in the observation group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).All patients can tolerate treatment,There was no serious adverse reaction.Conclusion The treatment of lung cancer patients by bronchoscopy is effective,It can play an important role in relieving clinical symptoms and improving their quality of life.
