| 摘 要： | 目的捷佰舒(注射用奈达铂)联合放疗治疗晚期食管癌的近期疗效和毒副作用.方法51例病人分为试验组和对照组,试验组患者接受捷佰舒化疗联合放疗,对照组患者接受放疗,对比观察两组病人的治疗疗效和毒性反应,作统计学分析.结果试验组有效率达到81.8%,对照组有效率为55.6%,两组对比有差别.结论捷佰舒联合放疗可以有效的治疗晚期食管癌,毒副作用较小,因而是安全有效的,可以在临床上进一步观察和研究.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the short-period therapy effect and side effect of advanced esophageal cancer treated with nedaplatin chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Methods 51 patients were divided into trail group and control group accepted radiotherapy only. The two groups were observed for the short-period therapy effect and side effect. Results The effective rates of the trail group and the control group were 81.8% and 55.6% respectively, which proved to be distinct, but the side effect of two groups was similar. Conclusion Nedaplatin chemotherapy and radiotherapy can effectively treat advanced esophageal cancer with less side effect. |
