化疗联合CIK细胞免疫治疗治疗小细胞肺癌

目的:观察化疗联合CIK细胞治疗小细胞肺癌的疗效、生活质量及毒副反应。方法:68例小细胞肺癌患者随机分为研究组（CIK细胞免疫+EP方案）和对照组（EP方案）各34例，评价两组的疗效、治疗前后患者生活质量评分变化和毒副反应。结果:研究组和对照组有效率分别是76.5%和61.8%（P>0.05），疾病控制率分别是94.1%和70.6%（P<0.05）；治疗后，研究组和对照组生活质量评分分别是57.61±5.48和49.55±9.38（P<0.05）；两组之间毒副反应无统计学差异（P>0.05）。结论:化疗联合CIK细胞免疫治疗能够提高小细胞肺癌患者的近期疗效，改善患者的生活质量。

Clinical research of small cell lung cancer patients treated with chemotherapy combined with CIK

Objective:To observe the efficiency of chemotherapy combined with CIK for small cell lung cancer, and to investigate patients'quality of life and toxicity.Methods:According to random number form,68 patients with small cell lung cancer were divided into two groups,including the study group of 34 patients (CIK +EP)and the con-trol of 34 patients (EP).Efficacy and toxicity were evaluated.Results:The effective rate of the study group and con-trol group were 76.5% and 61.8%(P >0.05),and the disease control rate were 94.1% and 70.6%(P <0.05). QOL scale in the study group was also superior to that in the control group (57.61 ±5.48 vs 49.55 ±9.38,P <0.05).The main toxicities were similar.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy in short -term for small cell lung cancer was improved by chemotherapy combined CIK,which can improve quality of life.
