摘    要:神经纤毛蛋白-1(Neuropilin-1,NRP-1)是一种非酪氨酸激酶跨膜蛋白,可表达于多种肿瘤细胞及免疫细胞,与不同配体结合后参与轴突形成、血管发育、免疫调节和肿瘤发生等过程。最近,NRP-1在肿瘤免疫学领域引起广泛关注,其在肿瘤免疫微环境中发挥着强大的双重作用,不仅可协调免疫细胞介导的免疫抑制作用,同时可限制抗肿瘤免疫反应,与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。越来越多的研究表明,NRP-1是肿瘤免疫治疗中独特的免疫调节分子,是最有前景的免疫检查点分子,深入探讨NRP-1在肿瘤免疫调节中的作用机制,有望为以NRP-1为靶点的免疫治疗提供新策略。本文就国内外关于NRP-1在肿瘤免疫调节作用中的最新研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:Neuropilin-1 (NRP-1) is a non-tyrosine kinase transmembrane protein that can be expressed in a variety of tumor cells and immune cells,and participates in axon formation,vascular development,immune regulation and tumorigenesis after binding with different ligands.Recently,NRP-1 has attracted wide attention in the field of tumor immunology.It plays a powerful dual role in the tumor immune microenvironment,not only coordinating the immunosuppressive effect mediated by immune cells,but also limiting the anti-tumor immune response,which is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors.In-depth exploration of the mechanism of NRP-1 in tumor immunomodulation may provide a new strategy for immunotherapy targeting NRP-1.This article reviews the latest research progress of NRP-1 in tumor immune regulation at home and abroad.
