自体造血干细胞移植治疗恶性淋巴瘤疗效分析

目的:观察自体外周血造血干细胞移植（autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation，Auto-HSCT）治疗恶性淋巴瘤的疗效。方法:选择2007年8月-2013年12月恶性淋巴瘤病例28例，均采用Auto-HSCT，移植前采用化疗联合G-CSF动员外周血造血干细胞，并积极预防感染及并发症。结果:本组1例回输后因脑出血死亡，其余均成功植入并快速重建造血，随访至2014年3月1日，共3例死亡，其中1例为回输后因脑出血死亡，其余2例均为复发。共6例复发，中位复发时间为3.5（1-15）个月，2例患者行双次自体移植，均无复发，28例移植患者预期中位无进展生存时间21个月。结论:自体造血干细胞移植能很快重建造血，病死率较低，安全可行，是治疗恶性淋巴瘤有效的手段之一。

The effects of autologous hemetopoietic stem cell transplantation (Auto-HSCT) for malignant lymphoma

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (Auto-HSCT) in patients with malignant lymphoma.Methods:28 patients with malignant lymphoma were enrolled in a clinical study carried out in our hospital from August 2007 to December 2013.Autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (Auto-HSCT) mobilized by chemotherapy with G-CSF and to prevent infection.Results:After a median follow-up of 25 (3-79) months,2 patients died of original disease after relapse and 1 died of cerebral hemorrhage.6 patients relapsed after translation and 1 received double-autologous stem cell transplantation after relapsed.2 patients received double-autologous stem cell transplantation who were still alive after tranplantation.Conclusion:Auto-HSCT is a safe and efficacious therapeutic measure in patients with malignant lymphoma.
