参一胶囊对恶性肿瘤患者血清血管内皮生长因子影响的Meta分析

目的:系统评价参一胶囊对恶性肿瘤患者血清VEGF的影响。方法:利用计算机和手工方式检索Pubmed、Cochrane图书馆、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、中文科技期刊数据库、万方数据数、中国中医药数据库。检索参一胶囊治疗恶性肿瘤的随机对照临床研究。3位研究者对文献质量进行独立的评价,用Cochrane Collaboration's software RevMan5.2进行Meta分析。结果:共有20项研究被纳入本系统评价,纳入病例1299例。Meta分析显示参一胶囊治疗能够显著降低血清VEGF［SMD=-1.75，95%CI（-2.32，-1.17），P＜0.00001］，参一胶囊治疗12周较治疗4周能进一步降低血清VEGF［SMD=2.35，95%CI（0.76，3.95），P=0.004）］。结论:参一胶囊能够降低血清VEGF，这一证据需要更大规模的多中心随机临床对照研究进一步验证。

The influence of serum VEGF by Shenyi capsule in patients with malignant tumor:A systematic review

Objective:To evaluate the influence of serum VEGF by Shenyi capsule in patients with malignant tumor.Methods:We searched the PubMed,Cochrane Library,CBM,CNKI,VIP,WanFang Data-base up to the year of 2014.Manual search and additional search were also conducted.Randomized controlled trials of Shenyi capsule treated malignant tumor were included.Three reviewers independently extracted data from eligible studies and evaluated the quality of included studies.Meta-analysis was performed for the results of homogeneous studies by the Cochrane Collaboration`s software RevMan 5.2.Results:Twenty researches were included in the system review.Total 1299 patients were involved.Meta-analyses showed that Shenyi capsule could reduce serum VEGF［SMD=-1.75，95%CI（-2.32，-1.17），P＜0.00001］significantly，Shenyi capsule for 12 weeks could further reduce serum VEGF compared with 4 weeks［SMD=2.35，95%CI（0.76，3.95），P=0.004）］.Conclusion:Shenyi capsule could decrease serum VEGF.Due to the poor quality and small sample of the included trials,more large-scale multicenter randomized trials are needed.
