慢性压力通过激素及炎症影响肿瘤发展及预后

压力作为现代文明生活要素之一影响着我们的生活和健康。恶性肿瘤患者不仅承受着多种生活因素、社会因素带来的压力，而且长期处于与疾病诊断、治疗以及进展有关的慢性压力之下。在日益追求精准治疗的今天，关注患者心理健康问题也至关重要。文章从慢性压力对机体造成的最直接的影响—压力相关激素的产生入手，进而从两方面对慢性压力与肿瘤的相关性进行阐述:一方面，压力相关激素可以通过影响肿瘤细胞的增殖以及肿瘤进展有关基因的表达对肿瘤发挥直接作用;另一方面，压力相关激素可以通过影响炎症微环境对肿瘤发挥间接作用。以期根据肿瘤患者心理压力情况制定个性化的治疗方案，从而达到更好的抗癌治疗效果。

Chronic stress affects tumor development and prognosis through hormones and inflammation

Stress,as a modern civilization factor,affects our life and health.Patients with malignant tumors are not only under pressure from various life and social factors,but also under chronic pressure related to disease diagnosis,treatment and progress for a long time.In the context of increasing pursuit of precision treatment,it is important to pay attention to patients' mental health.The only way that a stressor can affect the brain or body is through the biological stress response.The major mediators of stress effects are catecholamine and glucocorticoid,which are regarded as stress-related hormones.The stress-related hormones affect progress of tumor in two ways.On the one hand,hormones directly affect the proliferation of tumor cells and the expression of genes related to tumor malignant progression,on the other hand,hormones indirectly affect tumor progression by affecting the immune microenvironment.According to the patient's psychological status,formulating personalized treatment plans may achieve better anti-cancer effects.
