IMP3蛋白在骨肉瘤中的表达及其与肿瘤微血管密度的关系

目的:研究胰岛素样生长因子ⅡmRNA结合蛋白3(IMP3)在骨肉瘤中的表达及其与肿瘤微血管密度（MVD）的相关性，探讨二者与骨肉瘤发生发展的关系。 方法:选取骨肉瘤患者62例，以骨软骨瘤患者术后石蜡切片20例为对照，采用免疫组化SP法分别检测IMP3和MVD在骨肉瘤和骨软骨瘤组织中的表达。 结果:IMP3蛋白在骨肉瘤组织中的表达高于骨软骨瘤(P<0.05)；IMP3蛋白在骨肉瘤的Enneking分期、肺转移、肿瘤复发和肿瘤直径中的表达差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)；骨肉瘤微血管生成高于骨软骨瘤(P<0.05)；CD34标记的MVD值在骨肉瘤的Enneking分期、肺转移、肿瘤复发和肿瘤直径中差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)；IMP3蛋白表达和MVD值在骨肉瘤组织中呈正相关（r=0.259，P<0.05）。 结论:IMP3、MVD与骨肉瘤的发生及侵袭转移密切相关，可作为骨肉瘤恶性程度及预后的良好指标。

Relationship between expression of IMP3 protein and MVD in osteosarcoma

Objective:To study the the expressions of insulin-like growth factor ⅡmRNA binding protein 3 (IMP3) and tumor microvessel density (MVD) in osteosarcoma and to explore their relationship with the occurrence and development of osteosarcoma.Methods:The data of 62 cases of osteosarcoma were selected，and 20 cases of paraffin section in the patients with osteoenchondroma as control group.The expressions of IMP3 and MVD in osteosarcoma and osteoenchondroma tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method.Results:The expression of IMP3 protein in osteosarcoma was higher than that in osteoenchondroma (P<0.05).The expression of IMP3 protein was statistically significant in Enneking stage，lung metastasis，tumor recurrence and tumor diameter (P<0.05).The angiogenesis of osteosarcoma was higher than that of the osteoenchondroma (P<0.05).MVD marked by CD34 was statistically significant in Enneking stage，lung metastasis，tumor recurrence and tumor diameter (P<0.05).IMP3 expression was positively correlated with MVD value in osteosarcoma tissues (r=0.259，P<0.05).Conclusion:IMP3 and MVD were closely related to the occurrence and metastasis of osteosarcoma，which can be used as good indicators of the malignant degree and prognosis of osteosarcoma.
