骨髓微环境调控白血病干细胞的研究进展

摘    要:随着化疗和造血干细胞移植治疗手段的进步和完善,白血病患者的无病生存期得以延长,但白血病干细胞(leukemic stem cells,LCSs)的微小残留依然是白血病复发的主要原因。近年来的重要进展之一是在骨髓微环境对造血干细胞(hematopoietic stem cells,HSCs)的调节研究基础上,发现白血病骨髓微环境不仅有利于白血病干细胞增殖,而且能够招募正常造血干细胞并转化为白血病干细胞,成为白血病复发的研究新热点。现将骨髓微环境与白血病干细胞之间的相互作用综述如下,也许能为未来新的治疗指明方向。

Abstract:With the progress and improvement of chemotherapy regimen and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,the disease-free survival time of leukemia patients has been prolonged.However,the minimal residual of leukemic stem cells (LCSs) is the main reasion of leukaemia relapse.In recent years,one of the most important progress is on the basis of the study of the bone marrow microenvironment regulating hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs),found that leukemia bone marrow microenvironment is not only conducive to the proliferation of leukemia stem cells,but recruited normal hematopoietic stem cells and transformed into leukemia stem cells,which has became a new hotspot in the research of leukemia relapse.The interaction of bone marrow microenvironment and leukemic stem cells is summarized as follows,and further encourages the novel investigation of the LSC niche as a potential new target for leukemia therapy.
