| 摘 要： | 回顾现代术中放射治疗的历史进程。非小细胞肺癌患者术中放疗（IROT）联合术前术后放疗已成为提高肿瘤局部控制率，延长患者生存期的重要方法之一。本文就近年来国内外非小细胞肺癌术中放疗研究进展进行了归纳。

| Abstract: | To review the historical process of radiotherapy in modem surgery. Radiotherapy for patients with non - small cell lung cancer（IROT） combined with radiotherapy before and after operation can improve local tumor control rate, is one of the most important methods to prolong the survival time of patients. The recent research progress of radiotherapy for non small cell lung cancer were summed up. |
