跨膜丝氨酸蛋白酶4蛋白在直肠癌中的表达及临床意义

目的:探讨TMPRSS4蛋白在直肠癌中的表达及临床意义.方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测TMPRSS4蛋白在62例患者的直肠癌组织中的表达,取癌旁组织62例作为对照组.结果:直肠癌中TMPRSS4蛋白的表达明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.01).TMPRSS4蛋白在穿透浆膜层、TNM(III+IV)期、有淋巴结转移组中的表达显著高于未穿透浆膜层(P<0.05)、TNM(I+II)期(P<0.01)、无淋巴结转移组(P<0.01),且与年龄、性别、肿瘤部位、肿瘤大小和分化程度无关(P> 0.05);TMPRSS4蛋白阳性表达组的五年生存期明显短于阴性表达组(P<0.05).结论:TMPRSS4蛋白在直肠癌中高表达,联合检测直肠癌的临床病理参数和TMPRSS4蛋白的表达有助于判断患者的预后.

The expression and clinical significance of TMPRSS4 protein in rectal carcinoma

Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of TMPRSS4 protein in rectal carcinoma.Methods:The expressions of TMPRSS4 protein in 62 patients with rectal carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry(SP method).62 adjacent mucosa served as control group.Results:The expression of TMPRSS4 protein in rectal carcinoma was significantly higher than that in adjacent mucosa(P<0.01).the TMPRSS4 protein expression level in outside the serosa invasion,lymph node metastasis and TNM stages(III+IV) group were significantly higher than that in within the serosa(P<0.05),lymph node metastasis-free group(P<0.01) and TNM stage(I+II) group(P<0.01).but had no relations with age,sex,tumor size and tumor differentiation(P>0.05).The five-year survival rate of the patients with positive expression of TMPRSS4 protein was significant lower than those with negative expression of TMPRSS4 protein(P<0.05).Conclusion:TMPRSS4 protein was overexpressed in rectal carcinoma.Combined determination of TMPRSS4 protein expression and clinicopathology indicators of rectal carcinoma were helpful in prediction of patients prognosis.
