| 摘 要： | 目的:了解原发性肺浆细胞瘤的临床表现、病理特点、诊治方法及相关预后因素。方法:通过对1例左下肺外周孤立型病灶患者的完整诊治资料进行分析,结合有关文献,对本病的临床表现、病理表现、诊治方法及相关预后进行论述。结果:本病的主要临床表现为咳嗽、咯痰、胸闷,其症状和严重程度与病变所在部位密切相关;病理主要表现为弥漫性浸润的浆细胞聚集,免疫组化提示浆细胞的增生为单克隆性。结论:原发性肺浆细胞瘤是一种极为罕见的肺部肿瘤,病理学检查和免疫组化可确诊。
