MGMT在结直肠癌中表达的临床病理意义

目的：探讨大肠癌MGMT表达的临床病理意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学法检测139例大肠癌组织及48例正常大肠组织巾的MGMT表达，分析其与临床病理参数的相关性。结果：MGMT在大肠癌组织中的阳性表达率为75．5％（105／139），明显高于正常大肠组织的12．5％（6／48）（P=0．000）；大肠癌组织中，MGMT的阳性表达率在浸润达浆膜组为82．0％（82／100），明显高于未达浆膜组的58．9％（23／39）（P=0．005）；在低分化组为33．3％（9／27），明显低于高分化组和中分化组的78．1％（32／41）和90．0％（64／71）（P=0．000）；但与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤发生部位、淋巴转移及Dukes分期均无明显相关性（P均〉0．05）。结论：监控MGMT表达可有助于大肠癌的诊断和预后判断。

Clinicopathological implication of O6-methylguanine-DNA-methyltransferase gene expression in colorectal carcinomas

Objective:To explore the clinicopathological value of O6-methylguanine-DNA-methyltransferase gene(MGMT) expression in colorectal carcinomas.Methods:The MGMT gene expression in 139 cases of colorectal carcinomas and 48 cases normal colorectal tissue were detected by immunohistochemical method and the correlation between the expression and clinicopathological factors was analyzed.Results:The expression rates of MGMT in colorectal carcinomas 75.5%(105/139)was significantly higher than the normal colorectal tissue 12.5%(6/48)(P=0.000).In colorectal carcinomas,the expression rate of MGMT in the groups of infiltrate into serosa 82.0%(82/100) was significantly higher than the group of disinfiltrate into serosa 58.9%(23/39)(P=0.005).The expression rates of MGMT in the groups of poor differentiation 33.3%(9/27)was significantly lower than the groups of well and media differentiation 78.1%(32/41)and 90.0%(64/71)(P=0.000).But the expressions of MGMT had no relationship with sex,age,location,lymph node metastasis and Dukes(P>0.05).Conclusion:MGMT protein can be as a marker to diagnose and predict colorectal carcinomas.
