125I新型粒子永久植入治疗恶性肿瘤的应用与观察

目的 探讨碘^125(^125I)新型粒子永久植入治疗恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法 对25例中晚期原发性实体瘤、局限性转移癌，并经放疗、化疗和其它治疗难以控制的病人。配合应用TPS、B超及CT，经皮穿刺永久植入^125I粒子进行近距离放疗。植入粒子后经CT检查布粒情况，每2—4周采用胸片、CT及体表肿瘤测量观察临床治疗效果。结果 粒子分布满意率88．0％(22／25)；近期总有效率84．0％(21／25)；其中CR28．0％(7／25)；PR56．0％(14／25)；NR16．0％(4／25)。出现轻度并发症4例(16．0％)。结论 此技术简便易行，适应征广，安全有效，无污染易防护，为恶性肿瘤的综合治疗增添了新手段。

The clinical effect of new type Iodine-l25 seeds interstitial brachytherapy for malignant tumors

Objective To assoss the clinical effect of a new type Iodine-l25(125I)seeds interstitial brachy therapy for malignant tumors, assess the clinical effect. Methods Twenty five patients with primary malignant tumors or limited metastasis tumor of middle or late period were provided 125I seeds interstitial brachy therapy through TPS, ultrasound and CT etc. These patients had failed treatment by radiotherapy, chemotherapy and other methods. The distribution of seeds was checked by CT after treatment. The clinical therapeutic efficacy was observed by chest X-ray, CT and measured tumor of body surface per 2-4 weeks. Results Rate of satisfactory distribution of seeds was 88.0%(22/25);total effective rate was 84.0%(21/25);CR 28.0%(7/25);PR 56.0%(14/25); NR 16.0%(4/25).four patients had lightly complication. Conclusions 125 I seeds interstitial brachytherapy is a convenient, safe, utility and feasible in clinical practice. The radioactive protection is easy. It is a new and high technology of malignant tumor treatment. Colligation treatment method was increased by this technique.
