鼻咽癌后程加速超分割放疗并用安卡治疗研究

目的比较后程加速超分割放疗并用安卡治疗与常规放疗,常规放疗并用安卡治疗鼻咽癌的效果及毒副作用.方法将96例鼻咽癌随机分为3组,常规放疗组(常放组)、常规放疗加用安卡组(药放组)、后程加速超分割放疗并用安卡组(后程组),3组病例肿瘤量相同.结果放疗结束时鼻咽癌原发灶全消率,常放组、药放组和后程组分别为62.5%、83.3%、82.4%.半年复查,3组全消率分别为68.8%、86.7%、91.2%,后程组明显高于常放组P<0.05.CT检查颈部转移淋巴结消退情况与上述结果相似.毒副作用较常规组略重,尚可耐受.结论后程组较常放组比较肿瘤全消率明显提高,毒副作用尚可耐受,值得扩大病例深入研究.

The Study on Late Course Accelerated Hyperfraction Radiotherapy in Combination with ANKA in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of late course accelerated hyperfraction radiotherapy in combination with ANKA in nasopharygeal carcinoma.Methods:96 patients with nasopharyngeal Carcinmoa were randomized into three groups:the conventional fraction radiotherapy group(CFR),coventional fraction radiotherapy in combination with ANKA group(CFRA),late course accelerated hyperfraction radiotherapy in combination with ANKA group(LFRA) all of the three groups equally received total doses.Results:The local tumor CR rate was respectively 62.5%,83.3%,82.4% at the end of radiotherapy.The local tumor CR rate was raspectively 68.8%,86.7%,91.2%,half year after radiotherapy.The local tumor CR rate in LFRA group was much better than CFR group( P <0.05).The cervical lymph node CR rate showed by CT was similar to above mentioned result.The acute reactions were slightly increased in the LFRA patients.Conclusions:The CR rate of patient with nasopharyngeal carcinoma can be significantly increased by LFRA.The reaction of the LFRA treatment can be tolerated.
