骨肉瘤组织SRp20蛋白表达及其临床意义的初步研究

目的:探讨骨肉瘤组组织SRp20蛋白表达情况及其临床意义.方法:应用Max Vision免疫组化方法检测64例骨肉瘤组织和18例骨软骨瘤组织SRp20蛋白表达情况,并分析与临床病理参数之间的关系.结果:骨肉瘤组织和骨软骨瘤组织中,SRp20胞核阳性表达率分别为14.1％(9/64)和0(0/18),P=0.195；而骨肉瘤组织和骨软骨瘤组织中,SRp20细胞质阳性表达率分别为73.4％(47/64)和5.6％(1/18),P＜0.001.在骨肉瘤组织中,SRp20的细胞质阳性表达与骨肉瘤的恶性程度(P=0.002)、Enneking分期(P=0.001)以及5年生存率(P=0.023)相关.结论:SRp20细胞质表达与骨肉瘤患者的不良预后相关,可能成为预测患者预后情况的靶点.

Expression of SRp20 protein in osteosarcoma tissues and its clinical significance

OBJECTIVE: To study the expression and clinical significance of SRp20 in osteosarcoma tissues.METHODS: The expression of SRp20 were detected by Max Vision immunohistochemical method in 64 cases of osteosarcoma and 18 cases of osteochondroma.RESULTS: The positive rate of SRp20 expression in nuclei was 14.1%(9/64) and 0(0/18) in osteosarcoma and osteochondroma tissues,respectively(P=0.195).However,the positive rate of SRp20 expression in cytoplasm was 73.4%(47/64) and 5.6%(1/18) in osteosarcoma and osteochondroma tissues,respectively(P<0.001).In osteosarcoma tissues,SRp20 expression in cytoplasm was related with malignant degree(P=0.002),Enneking Stage(P=0.001),and 5 year survival rate(P=0.023).CONCLUSIONS: The expression of SRp20 is correlated with poor prognosis.It can be a biomarker which is used for diagnosis of prognosis.
