| 摘 要： | 目的 分析肺转移瘤的少见CT表现。 方法 回顾分析17例资料完整的肺转移瘤的CT表现,探讨其中空洞性、钙化性、胸膜钙化性转移的少见CT表现与原发肿瘤的因果关系。 结果 17例肺转移瘤的少见表现中，空洞性肺转移瘤13例，钙化性肺转移瘤4例，胸膜钙化性转移瘤1例。 结论 肺转移瘤可以表现出多种不典型征象,认识这些征象对临床诊断有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the rare CT findings of lung metastases. Methods By retrospective analysis of 17 cases of lung metastases,the rare CT findings of cavity metastases,calcified pulmonary metastases and calcified pleural metastases were investigated,and the causal relationship between the metastases and the original tumor was also approached. Results Among the rare CT performance of 17 lung metastases,the sign of cavity metastases was found in 13 cases,calcified pulmonary metastases in 4 cases and calcified pleural metastases in 1 case. Conclusion Lung metastases can show a variety of non typical CT signs,and it is of great clinical significance to recognize these rare CT features. |
