肺鳞癌FHIT蛋白表达与吸烟的关系

目的]观察FHIT蛋白在肺鳞癌组织细胞中定位及分布情况 ,比较吸烟组与非吸烟组肺癌组织中的表达差异。方法]采用兔抗 FHIT多克隆抗体对82例肺鳞癌组织标本行免疫组化ABC法染色 ,结果以半定量方法记录分析。结果]FHIT蛋白在肺鳞癌组织中表达减弱或缺失率为60% ,吸烟组肺癌组织FHIT蛋白表达减弱或缺失(73%)较非吸烟组(33%)高(P<0.01)。结论]FHIT蛋白在肺鳞癌组织中表达减弱或缺失是频发事件。吸烟组肺鳞癌FHIT蛋白表达减弱或缺失较非吸烟组高。吸烟组肺鳞癌FHIT蛋白表达减弱或缺失与患者吸烟年支数(每天吸烟量与吸烟年数的乘积)无明显相关关系(P=0.074)

The Expression of FHIT Protein in Lung Squamous Cancer and its Relation to Smoking

To elucidate the subcellular localization and distribution pattern of FHIT protein in lung squamous cell carcinomas,compare the difference between FHIT protein expressions in lung squamous cell carcinomas tissues of smokers and non-smokers.All paraffin sections were stained by multiclonal specific antibody(rabbit anti-FHIT antibody).The slides were in incubated in avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex(DAKO Corp.).The results were recorded by semi-quatity method.Loss of FHIT expression in lung squamous cell carcinomas was 60%. Loss of FHIT expression was significantly higher in smoker lung cancers than that in non-smoker lung cancers(P<0.01).Conclusions]Loss of FHIT expression is frequent in lung squamous cell carcinomas.Loss of FHIT expression was higher in smoker lung cancers than that in non-smoker lung cancers.There was no correlation between loss of FHIT expression and consuming of smoking(P=0.074).
