同步放化疗联合细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞治疗晚期食管癌的疗效观察

摘    要:目的 探讨同步放化疗联合细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞(CIK)治疗晚期食管癌的疗效.方法 选择86例晚期食管癌患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组43例.对照组患者采用三维适形放疗同步奈达铂进行治疗,研究组患者在对照组的基础上联合CIK进行免疫治疗.观察两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、免疫功能、不良反应以及3年生存率.结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P﹤0.05);两组患者CD4+/CD8+比值在治疗后均提高,且研究组CD4+/CD8+比值高于对照组(P﹤0.05).研究组放化疗相关不良反应较对照组减少,在一定程度上减轻了放化疗带来的不良反应.结论 同步放化疗联合CIK治疗晚期食管癌疗效较好,增强了患者的免疫力,能够提高患者的耐受力,有效性和安全性均令人满意.

Effect of concurrent chemoradiotherapy combined with cytokine induced killer cells in the treatment of patients with advanced esophageal cancer
Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of concurrent chemoradiotherapy combined with cytokine induced killer cells (CIK) in the treatment of patients with advanced esophageal cancer. Method 86 cases of advanced esophageal can-cer patients were randomized as control and study group, with 43 cases in each. The patients in the control group were treated with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with nedaplatin, while patients in the study group were additionally administered with concurrent chemoradiotherapy combined with CIK. The clinical efficacy, immune func-tion, adverse reactions and 3-year survival rate of the two groups were observed. Result The overall response rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); the CD4+/CD8+ ratio in both groups in-creased after treatment, and significantly higher ratio was observed in study group compared with control group (P<0.05). Meanwhile the adverse reactions in study group were less than that in the control group, and the related adverse reactions induced by radiochemotherapy were mitigated. Conclusion Chemoradiation combined with CIK, which could improve the immunity and tolerance of the patient, is an effective and safe therapy.
