miRNA-21及miRNA-375在新疆哈萨克族及维吾尔族食管癌早期诊断中的应用价值

目的 分析miRNA-21及miRNA-375在新疆哈萨克族及维吾尔族食管癌早期诊断中的应用价值.方法 收集60例新疆哈萨克族食管癌早期患者、60例新疆哈萨克族健康体检者、80例新疆维吾尔族食管癌早期患者、80例新疆维吾尔族健康体检者的血浆标本,采用荧光定量PCR法检测血清miRNA-21及miRNA-375的表达水平.结果 新疆哈萨克族和维吾尔族食管癌早期患者miRNA-21表达明显高于同族健康体检者,miRNA-375表达明显低于同族健康体检者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01).结论 新疆哈萨克族及维吾尔族食管癌早期患者中,miRNA-21表达明显升高,miRNA-375表达明显降低,可以作为临床诊断的重要标志.

The value of miRNA-21 and miRNA-375 expression in the diagnosis of early esophageal cancer in Kazak and Uyghur of Xinjiang

Objective To explore the significance of miRNA-21 and miRNA-375 expression in the diagnosis of early esophageal in Kazak and Uyghur of Xinjiang. Method 60 cases of Kazak esophageal cancer patients and 60 cases of Ka-zak healthy volunteers, as well as 80 cases of Uyghur esophageal cancer patients and 80 cases of Uyghur healthy volun-teers were enrolled in this study. The serum expression of miRNA-21 and miRNA-375 were detected by real-time PCR. Result The level of miRNA-375 was decreased in Kazak and Uyghur patients compared with healthy controls, miRNA-21 was increased, with significant differences observed (P<0.01). Conclusion Kazak and Uyghur esophageal cancer patients are characterized with high miRNA-21 and low miRNA-375, which can be applied as clinical indicators for diagnosis.
