| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨凋亡抑制蛋白(c IAP1)在肾细胞癌中的表达及其与细胞凋亡的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学技术和末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶介导的X dUTP缺口末端标记法(TUNEL)检测2 8例肾细胞癌中c IAP1的表达与细胞凋亡。结果 2 8例肾细胞癌c IAP1阳性率为5 7.1% ,9例正常肾组织c IAP1阳性率为11.1% ,差别有显著意义(P <0 .0 5 )。c IAP1表达与AI呈负相关(n =16,r= -0 .86) (P <0 .0 1)。结论 c IAP1引起的凋亡抑制与肾细胞癌的发生和发展关系密切,为靶向c IAP1的抗肾细胞癌治疗提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of c-IAP1 and its relationship to apoptosis in renal cell cancer (RCC).Methods Expression of c-IAP1 and apoptosis were assessed by immunohistochemistry straining and terminal deoxynucleofidy transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labeling methods, respectively.Results In 28 cases with renal cell cancer, positive rate for c-IAP1 was 57.1%,it was significantly higher than that in the control group(11.1%)(P<0.05).There was a inverse correlation between c-IAP1 labeling index and apoptosis index (n=16,r=-0.86)(P<0.01).Conclusions c-IAP1 could promote the development and progress of RCC due to the decreased apoptosis. c-lAP1 represented a novel therapeutic target in RCC. |
