抑瘤宁治疗晚期恶性肿瘤96例疗效观察

目的探讨抑瘤宁治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的疗效和毒副反应。方法回顾性观察给予抑瘤宁水煎剂治疗的具有资料完整的96例晚期恶性肿瘤患者的疗效和毒副反应,并以冬凌草作为对照。结果抑瘤宁治疗的96例晚期恶性肿瘤患者,疗效判定无CR病例,有效率33.33%,受益率68.75%。其中采用抑瘤宁治疗食管癌、贲门胃底癌共79例,有效率40.51%,受益率74.68%,分别高于冬凌草组治疗的33.65%、64.93%。食管癌抑瘤宁治疗后1、3、5 a生存率分别为32.86%、15.34%和11.39%,与冬凌草单药治疗的30.77%、13.46%和10.26%基本相当。贲门胃底癌抑瘤宁治疗后1、3、5 a生存率分别为38.90%、14.28%和8.38%,与冬凌草单药治疗的40.90%、11.36%和6.82%基本相当。抑瘤宁水煎剂口服与冬凌草相比未明显增加毒副反应。结论抑瘤宁是一种治疗晚期恶性肿瘤有效低毒的方案。

Effects of Yiliuning in the Treatment of 96 Patients with Advanced Malignant Tumors

Objective To investigate the effects and toxicities of yiliuning in the treatment of the patients with advanced malignant tumors. Methods The effects and toxicities of yiliuning in the treatment of 96 patients with malignant tumors were analyzed retrospectively,and the donglingcao was used as the control drug. Results Of 96 patients with malignant tumors treated by yiliuning,no CR was observed,the response rate was 33.33%,the benefit rate was 68.75%.The response rate of 79 patients with malignant tumors(49 patients with esophageal cancer,30 patients with cardia-gastric bottom cancer) was 40.51%,and the benefit rate was 74.68%,those of the dolingcao group were 33.65% and 64.93%,those of the yiliuning group were higher than those of the donglingcao group.The 1-,3-,5-year survival rates of the patients with esophageal cancer in the yiliuning group were 32.86%,15.34% and 11.39%,those of the doinglingcao group were 30.77%,13.46% and 10.26%,those of the yiliuning group were similar to those of the donglingcao group.The 1-,3-,5-year survival rates of the patients with cardia-gastric bottom cancer in the yiliuning group were 38.09%,14.28% and 8.38%,those of the doinglingcao group were 40.90%,11.36% and 6.82%,those of the yiliuning group were similar to those of the donglingcao group.The toxicities of the yiliuning group were similar to those of the donglingcao group. Conclusion Yiliuning is effect for the patients with advanced malignant tumors,and the toxicities can be tolerated.
