两种国产金属支架在治疗食管良恶性狭窄应用中的比较

目的:作者分析了63例食管内支架术的结果,旨在选择理想的金属支架.方法:本组63例食管良、恶性狭窄,使用2种支架材料,共安放69根,其中不锈钢支架19根、镍钛合金支架50根.结果:国产金属支架治疗食管良、恶性狭窄安全有效,又以镍钛合金被覆细腰喇叭形支架为最好,成功率高、副作用少.结论:镍钛合金支架优于不锈钢支架,在采用腔内支架治疗食管良、恶性狭窄中,应首选镍钛合金被覆细腰喇叭形支架.

Comparative application of two metallic stent in the treatment of benign and malignant esophageal strictures

Objective: In order to select a desirable metallic stents, 63 cases of intraluminal esophageal supporting frame were analysed. Materials and methods 69 placement were placed using two stents of material in 63 cases of benign or malignant esophageal stenosis, of which stainless steel stent (n = 19), home - made nitinol stent (n = 50) . Results: Metallic stent is proved to be safe and effective in the treatment of benign or malignent esophageal stenosis, trumpet - shaped home - made nitinol stent with dacron knit membrane covered has the best clinical effect, there are high ratio of placing success and low insidence side effect. Conclusions: Home - made nitinol stent is obviously suprerior to stainless steel stent in treatement of benign or malignent esophageal stenosis, therefore trumpet- shaped home - made nitinol stent with membrane covered is suggested to be taken of choice.
