奈达铂联合替加氟治疗８６例晚期食管癌的临床观察

目的：观察奈达铂（ＮＤＰ）联合替加氟（ＦＴ-２０７）方案治疗晚期食管癌的近期疗效和毒副作用。方法：观察组４４例采用ＮＤＰ＋ＦＴ-２０７方案：ＮＤＰ８０～１００ｍｇ／ｍ２，静滴，第１天，ＦＴ-２０７５００～６００ｍｇ／ｍ２，静滴，第１～５天，２８天为１周期。对照组４２例采用顺铂（ＤＤＰ）＋氟尿嘧啶（５-ＦＵ）方案：ＤＤＰ８０～１００ｍｇ／ｍ２，静滴，第１天，５-ＦＵ５００～７５０ｍｇ／ｍ２，静滴，第１～５天，２８天为１周期。结果：全部病例均可评价疗效及毒副反应。观察组有效率为５６.８％，对照组５０.０％，两组差异无统计学意义。观察组消化道反应较对照组明显减轻（Ｐ＜０.０５），血小板减少、白细胞减少、神经毒性、腹泻等两组无明显差异。结论：奈达铂联合替加氟治疗晚期食管癌近期疗效略好于顺铂加氟尿嘧啶方案，且患者耐受性较好。

Effects of nedaplatin plus futraful chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal carcinoma

Objective：To observe the efficacy and side effects of nedaplatin with futraful in the treatment of advanced esophageal carcinoma.Methods：The observing group NDP plus FT-207 regimen： nedaplatin 80-100mg/m^2 on day 1 and futraful 500-600mg/m^2 on day 1 to day 5;the control group DDP plus 5-FU regimen： cisplatin 80-100mg/m^2 on day 1 and 5-fluorouracil 500-750mg/m^2 on day 1 to day 5;28 days were a cycle.Results：Response and toxicity could be assessed in all the 86 patients,44 patients were in the observing group,the other 42 patients were in the control group.The response rate of patients treated by NDP plus FT-207and DDP plus 5-FU were 56.8%（25/44） and 50%（21/42）,respectively.The thrombocytopenia was 11.4% in the observing group.The two groups had no significant difference.The side effects as gastrointestinal reactions and myelosuppression in the observing group was lighter than that in the control group.Conclusion：Nedaplatin plus futraful was active and safe in treating advanced esophageal carcinoma.
