青年输尿管炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤1例报告并文献复习

  目的  探讨输尿管炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤(Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor, IMT)的临床特点及诊断治疗方案, 提高对该病的认识。  方法  报告1例19岁青年男性输尿管IMT病例, 并复习相关文献。  结果  患者行输尿管肿物切除+输尿管端端吻合术, 术后恢复良好后出院。病理检查证实为输尿管IMT。  结论  IMT主要表现为局部压迫或梗阻造成相应临床症状, 与恶性肿瘤不易鉴别, 其确诊有赖于病理学检查。输尿管IMT治疗多需行外科手术治疗, 并在治疗后进行随访。 

Ureteral inflammatory myofibroblastic tumors in young individuals: a case report and literature review

  Objective  This work aimes to identify the clinical and pathological features of inflammatory myofibroblastic tumors to improve the comprehension of the diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of the disease.  Methods  A case of inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor of the ureter in young individuals at the age of 19 was reported.  Results  The tumor was completely excised during surgery with end-to-end anastomosis to restore the ureteral functions. The post-operative pathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of inflammatory myofibroblastic tumors in the ureter.  Conclusion  The main manifestations of ureter tumors are local compression and ureteral obstruction. This tumor is clinically difficult to distinguish from malignant ureter tumors. Therefore, the final diagnosis mainly depends on pathological examinations. The surgical intervention is the principal therapeutic method. Post-operative follow-up examinations are needed.
