摘    要:利用扫描电镜立体对成象技术、图像处理和计算机视觉方法建立了一套金属断裂表面三维形貌的自动重建系统。运用体视学、粗糙度分析及分形几何原理对断口的三维重建结果定义了断面几何形貌量化参量,并用图像分析技术给出了这些参量的计算机辅助测量方法。测量结果表明:断面粗糙度参量Rs和Rq与断裂的物理背景显示了良好的关系,而分形维数是一个对断裂模式不敏感参量;断面几何特征具有各向异性,单一方向的二维截面分析难以全面描述复杂的断裂表面。

Abstract:An autonomous system for the reconstruction of 3D topography of metallic fracture surfaces was established by means of SEM stereo pairs photography, image processing, and computer vision. The reconstructed surfaces were quantified with stereology, roughness and fractal parameters. A computer assisted programme for measuring these parameters has been completed in image analysis method. It was showed that roughness parameters like Rs and Rq have good relations to the physical background of fracture process, but fractal dimension is insensitive to the fracture mode. The geometric topography of fracture surface was found to be anisotropic, and it will be not adequate to describe the complex fracture surface with only one single cross section.
