大丰市居民饮绿茶对胃癌发病影响的病例对照研究

目的]研究饮绿茶对胃癌发病的影响。方法]选择江苏省大丰市的胃癌641例及对照1847例进行病例对照研究,探讨饮绿茶对胃癌的作用,对饮绿茶与胃癌的其他可能危险因素间的相互关系进行研究。结果]饮用绿茶可降低饮用者胃癌危险,其OR为0.45（95%CI：0.35～0.58）。调整可能的混杂因素后OR为0.42（95%CI：0.32～0.55）,并且随饮绿茶年限增长、浓度增高和饮用量的增加,保护作用增强,呈明显的剂量—效应关系。饮绿茶与胃癌其它危险因素有一定的交互作用。结论]饮绿茶对胃癌可能具有一定的保护作用。

Case-control Study of the Effect of Drinking Green Tea on Incidence of Stomach Cancer in Residents in Dafeng City, Jiangsu Province

Purpose]To study the effect of drinking green tea on the incidence of gastric cancer.Methods]A population based study was conducted in Dafeng,Jiangsu province,including 641 cases with stomach cancer and 1 847 normal controls.The role of green tea consumption on stomach cancer was investigated.Interaction between green tea drinking and potential risk factors of stomach cancer was also investigated.Results]Inverse association was observed between green tea drinking and stomach cancer risk（OR=0.45,95%CI：0.35～0.58）.After adjusting for potential confounding factors,OR of green tea drinking was 0.42（95%CI：0.32～0.55）for stomach cancer.Protective effect of green tea drinking on gastric cancer was increasing with the increasing of drinking duration,concentration and quantity of green tea drinking,with dose-effect relationship.Certain interaction was observed between green tea and other risk factors of stomach cancer.Conclusion]Green tea drinking might be a protective factor on the risk of stomach cancer.
