| Abstract: | The definition and change of cancer high incidence areas in China were reviewed retrospectively. The history of cancer high incidence scene and problems which block the progress of cancer scene were present. And some recommondations for strengthening the work of cancer control were proposed （including the essentiality,goals ,measures and infrastructures）. |
