| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脱细胞异体真皮与自体瘢痕薄皮复合移植修复瘢痕愈合创面的手术效果。方法荧光定量PCR对比移植前后Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原mRNA的表达，应用免疫组化方法观察胶原蛋白的表达与分布。结果移植组织Ⅰ、Ⅲ胶原的mRNA表达与自体增生性瘢痕组织的mRNA表达有差异，胶原排列接近正常皮肤组织。结论脱细胞异体真皮与自体瘢痕薄皮复合移植修复继发瘢痕的创面，组织结构恢复良好，接近正常皮肤，是目前修复大面积深度烧伤患者功能部位创面，实现功能重建的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To verify the clinical results of the composite transplantation of acellular allogeneic dermis with autologous scarred skin on the scarred wounds. Methods Using a real-time florescence quantitative PCR and an immunohistochemistry method, the amount and distribution of collagen type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ were compared before and after the operation. Results The transplants had difference with the autologous hypertrophic scar tissue on the expression of collagen type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ. The arrangements of its collagen were closed to that of the normal skin tissue. Conclusion After the scarred wounds are covered with acellular allogeneic dermis and autologous scarred skin, the tissue structure will be well recovered. This method is an effective one for the functional reconstruction of the patients after broad deep bums. |
