| 摘 要： | 目的探讨新型股骨近端解剖锁定钢板内固定治疗老年患者股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法采用新型股骨近端解剖锁定钢板内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折36例，所有患者均为单侧闭合性骨折且均获得随访。结果36例获平均14．5个月随访，所有患者骨折均愈合，均未出现感染、下肢静脉血栓。疗效按Sanders评分标准评定：优25例，良10例，可1例，优良率97．2％。结论新型股骨近端解剖锁定钢板内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折具有固定效果可靠、生物力学特性佳及关节功能恢复好等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy for femoral intertrochanteric fractures with new anatomic locking plate. Methods Thirty six patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures were treated with new anatomic locking plate. All patients were recognized as closed unilateral fractures. Results All patients were followed up for 14.5 months on average. No infection, deep vein thrombosis, screws cut out or implant failure were observed. Solid bone union was found in all cases. According to Sanders score, 25 cases were classified as excellent, 10 cases as good, 1 case as fair, and the excellent and good rate was 97.2%. Conclusion New anatomic locking plate fixation provides stable frxation, high union rate and low complications rate. |
