| 摘 要： | 外科手术是胰腺癌病人获得长期生存的关键因素,切缘评估是重要的手术质量评价标准和预后影响因素。并非所有外科医师对胰腺癌手术切缘定义和标准都有清晰认识。环周切缘概念的引入和“1 mm”原则的应用,可以帮助临床医师更加准确地判断病人预后。随着对胰腺癌认识的进一步深入,更严谨、精准的胰腺癌手术切缘评估体系将更好地指导临床实践,使病人得到更好的生存获益。笔者综合国内外研究进展,探讨胰腺癌的手术切缘定义和标准。

| Abstract: | Surgery is a key factor for the long-term survival of patients with pancreatic cancer.Evaluation of the surgical margin is an important criterion for surgical quality control,and influencing factor for prognosis.Not all surgeons have a clear understanding of the definition and standard of margins for pancreatic oncological surgery.The introduction of circumferential margins and"1 mm"principle could help estimating patients prognosis accurately.With the further understanding of pancreatic cancer,a more rigorous and accurate evaluation system for the surgical margin of pancreatic cancer will arise to better guide clinical practice and enable patients to have better survival.The authors review domestic and overseas research progress,investigate definition and criteria for surgical margin of pancreatic cancer. |
