综合健康管理对老年人髋关节置换术后生活质量的影响

目的：探讨综合健康管理模式对老年髋关节置换术后患者生活质量的影响，为临床规范化、系统化的健康管理提供参考。方法将100例老年髋关节置换术后患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组各50例。治疗组实施综合健康管理模式，对照组采用骨科常规管理。采用抑郁自评量表（ SDS）、焦虑自评量表（ SAS）于术后1周、6周、3个月进行评分；采用髋关节功能Harris评分表、生活质量测定量表于术后6周、3个月进行评分，观察2组的得分差异。结果治疗组的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组，而髋关节Harris评以及生活质量量表评分均高于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论对髋关节置换术后的老年患者进行综合健康管理，能有效提高其生活质量，适合临床推广应用。

Effects of comprehensive health management mode on life quality of senile patients after total hip replacement

Objective To evaluate the effects of the comprehensive health management mode on the life quality of the senile patients after the total hip replacement （ THR ） , and to provide more standardized and systematic managements for such patients .Methods 100 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group , 50 cases in each . The treatment group used the comprehensive health management mode , while the control group used orthopaedic conventional management.For evaluation, the self-rating depression scale （SDS）, self rating anxiety scale （SAS） were applied after one week , six weeks, and three months; the Harris hip joint function score , quality of life scale were applied after six weeks and three months .The influences of the two kinds of management modes＆amp;nbsp;on the life quality were assessed .Results In the treatment group , the scores of SDS and SAS were lower while the scores of the Harris hip joint function and the quality of life scale were higher than those in the control group .All the differences were significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions The comprehensive health management mode , could improve the life quality of the senile patients after THR , which is worthy of application in the clinic .
