摘    要:目的探讨生长激素(GH)在冻融胚胎移植(FET)中对子宫内膜生长发育不良患者子宫内膜及内膜血流的影响。方法选取2009年8月至2010年6月在我中心因子宫内膜发育不良而致体外受精一胚胎移植(IVF-ET)种植失败而行FET患者62例,FET治疗中加用GH患者为研究组(32例),未使用GH治疗者为对照组(30例)。结果研究组子宫内膜形态、厚度及内膜血流均较对照组有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);研究组妊娠率稍高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论GH能促进子宫内膜发育及促进内膜血流,可以改善子宫内膜容受性。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effect of growth hormone(GH)on the endometrium and endometrial blood flow in the patient with maldevelopment endometrium in frozen-thawed embryo transfer(FET). Methods: A total of 62 patients who failed in previous in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF- ET)were recruited from August 2009 to June 2010. The 62 patients were divided into two groups:the study group of 32 patients with using GH and the control group of 30 patients without using GH. Results: After using GH,the endometrial type and thickness and blood flow in the study group were better them those in the control group(P〈0.05). Although the rate of pregnancy was higher in the study group than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusions: GH can increase the growth of endometrium and endometrial blood flow, and perhaps improve the endometrial receptivity.
