| 摘 要： | 目的]探求颈性眩晕有效的治疗方法,验证颈性眩晕的临床分型。方法]将231例颈性眩晕患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组患者根据临床分型标准分为上颈性眩晕组及下颈性眩晕组,上颈性眩晕组患者给予格式带牵引+局部封闭治疗,下颈性眩晕组给予颈托固定+红外线理疗+封闭治疗,对照组采用抗眩晕药物治疗,对其治疗效果进行统计学分析。结果]实验组颈性眩晕患者治疗有效率及治愈率均高于对照组,具有统计学意义。结论]对颈性眩晕进行临床分型后治疗能明显提高该病的治疗效果,从临床方面证实颈性眩晕临床分型的正确性。
