手术治疗老年股骨转子间骨折89例疗效分析

目的]评价不同手术方法治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的疗效,总结内固定物的选择方法.方法]回顾性分析本院于2005年1月~2009年12月收治的89例老年股骨转子间骨折的治疗过程和随访结果,其中应用动力髋螺钉治疗45例,动力髁螺钉治疗15例,股骨近端髓内钉治疗17例,人工股骨头置换术治疗12例.结果]全部病例获得随访,时间6～24个月,平均18个月,优良率分别为:动力髋螺钉88.9%,动力髁螺钉93.3%,股骨近端髓内钉94.1%,股骨头置换组91.7%,疗效满意.结论]治疗老年人股骨转子间骨折,4种手术方法各有所长,只有根据患者年龄、骨折类型、骨质疏松程度、手术耐受情况等合理选择手术方式,并注重围手术期管理,方可取得良好的临床效果.
