| 摘 要： | 为了评价关节镜下外侧支持带松解术治疗髌股关节紊乱的临床价值，我们复习了４０例外侧松解术的资料并进行１－５年的随访。回顾性研究表明，该术式的优良率在髌股关节疼痛伴外侧支持带紧张者中为８７％，在髌股关节骨关节不髌骨不稳者中为５０％，而在髌骨脱位或半脱位组仅为４０％。

| Abstract: | In order to evaluate arthroscopic lateral retinacular release for patello-femoral disorders,40
cases,52 knees were reviewed with an average of 3 years follow-up.The retrospective study
showed that satisfactory results were obtained in 87?ses of P-F pain with tight lateral
retinaculum,50% of osteoarthritis without patellar instability and 40%of patellar dislocation or
subluxation.It suggested this procedure could be reasonably used for treatment of patellar pain
syndrome caused by tight lateral retinaculum,high lateral stress and mild osteoarthritis with
instability. |
